Terms of Service

Agreement

Nubo Suite is provided by Chandorkar Technologies OPC Private Limited (GSTIN 27AAHCC9556B1ZK), whose registered office is at Floor 2nd, Shreyas Eterna, NDA Pashan Rd, Shri Krishna Nagar, Sagar Co-Operative Housing Society, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra 411 021, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Nubo Suite you agree to these terms, to the Acceptable Use Policy and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Nubo for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for activity on your account. Organisation admins may manage accounts in their team.

Your content

You own what you store in Nubo. You give us the permission needed to host and display it to you and to the people you share it with, and to run the service. You are responsible for having the right to store and share your content. You can export your content using the export features in the apps (see the Privacy Policy).

Plans and payment

Free costs nothing. Pro is ₹499 and Business is ₹999 per seat per month, billed in INR. GST (18%) extra. Extra storage of 100 GB is ₹299 per month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until cancelled. Payments from India are taken in INR through Razorpay, and Chandorkar Technologies is the seller. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. We may change prices or these terms with at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app; a price change applies from your next billing period after the notice. Availability and support

We work to keep Nubo running but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a contractual uptime commitment or service credits unless we agree one with you in writing. We do not currently run a public status page. Support is by email at support@nubo.email and by phone, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST.

Ending the service

You can stop using Nubo and delete your account at any time; the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put others at risk, and we will give notice where we can.

Disclaimers and liability

Nubo is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court. Please write to us at support@nubo.email first so we can try to settle the matter.
