- Free is enough. You get every app and your own @nubo.email address, with no card.
- Do you want email on your own domain, such as you@yourcompany?
- Choose Pro or Business. Custom domain mail is not part of Free.
- Do you need shared team drives, an admin console with security policies, or priority support?
- Choose Business. Shared drives, the full admin console and priority support are in Business only.
- Will each person store a lot of files?
- Pro has 100 GB of storage and Business has 1 TB, shared across all apps. You can also add extra storage on either paid plan.
- Do you have a large team, a purchase order, a security questionnaire or a data-processing agreement to sign?

- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The Free plan costs nothing; start at home.nubosuite.tech.
- How is tax handled?
- Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Prices on this page exclude tax.
- How are taxes handled outside India?
- Outside India our payment partner Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record. It takes the payment and calculates and collects the tax that applies where you are. Prices on this page exclude tax.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Request a change from your account and an admin approves it.
- What counts as a seat?
- Each person with their own Nubo account in your team.
- What if I need more storage?
- Add 100 GB for A$5.99 a month on Pro or Business. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
- How do I pay?
- Cards and local payment methods. Billing is monthly. Cancel any time and your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- You can cancel any time from your account or by writing to support@nubo.email, and your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment you get a full refund; after that we do not refund partial periods. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the full terms.
- Where is my data stored?
- Ask us where your data is hosted and we will answer in writing before you sign up. Our Privacy Policy and sub-processor list name the providers we use.
- Can I move my email and files from Google, Microsoft or Zoho?
- Your files move as the formats Nubo opens: .docx, .xlsx and .pptx, calendars as .ics and contacts as .vcf. Nubo has no mail import tool, so we suggest keeping your old mailbox and forwarding new mail while you switch. Our switching guides list the steps, and we can help you plan the move.
- Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?
- Write to sales@nubo.email and we will talk it through.
