Nubo SuitePurpose
This policy keeps Nubo safe and useful for everyone. It applies to every account and every app, including mail, meetings, chat and shared files.
You may not
- Break the law or help others to do so.
- Store or share content that exploits children, incites violence or is defamatory.
- Send spam, phishing or bulk unsolicited mail.
- Spread malware or try to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours.
- Harass or threaten other people.
Protect the service
Do not probe, overload or interfere with the service. Do not bypass limits (for example mail sending caps), scrape other people’s data or resell access without our written agreement.
Meetings and recordings
Tell people when you record a meeting. Nubo shows a recording indicator to everyone in the meeting, and you must have a lawful reason to record and to keep the recording.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break this policy. For serious or repeated breaches we may end the account. You can appeal by writing to support@nubo.email.

Report abuse to support@nubo.email with enough detail for us to find it.
