The Free plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
Paid plans
Pro is C$10 and Business is C$19 per seat per month, billed in CAD. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods: Cards and local payment methods. Payments from outside India are taken in CAD through Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account or by writing to support@nubo.email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
Refunds
If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, you get a full refund. After that, we do not refund partial periods: when you cancel, you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of our approving the refund. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.

If you were charged in error or the service did not work as described, write to support@nubo.email and we will put it right.
